Refund policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 7 – 10 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination. Please note that all original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit for the merchandise value only, excluding any shipping fees. A $10 return processing fee applies to all approved returns and may vary based on the order total. While individual items from a multi-item order may be returned, we are unable to accommodate international returns.
Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Approved damage claims will not incur the $10 return processing fee. If a package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us at support@afreshwardrobe.com for further assistance.
